Sarah Starr

Sarah strives to use communications as a tool for justice. A lover of both artistic expression and color-coded spreadsheets, she is most excited at the intersection of creative ideation and detail-oriented implementation. She is skilled at crafting concise copy that clearly communicates complex concepts, and also at alliteration. In her project work, she focuses on messaging, websites, and campaigns. As co-leader of the project strategy team, she supports her team to continually grow and learn from one another. And, as leader of the firm’s hiring and onboarding, she works to make Pyramid’s hiring process more equitable and attract amazing and creative new people, as well as to create a supportive landing when they come on board.
